This is one of those movies where you're sitting there biting your nails and wondering what's going to happen next. There is a big secret surrounding the main character Koo Ja-Yoon. Who is she and why does she have powers that her adoptive parents are apprehensive about her showing? I'm usually good at figuring out what is going to happen next in a movie since I've seen so many and they usually fit certain patterns, but this one has a good twist!

I liked the mystery and uncertainty of this movie. The question in my mind for the majority of the movie was,
"Is Howard right or is he insane?"
John Goodman is a good actor, but for me all I could think about was his role in the TV show Roseanne. I watched this movie with my cousin and every time there was a loud bang in the movie or a sudden noise outside the bunker my cousin and I would look at each other and yell, "It's Roseanne!".
His heavy breathing was distracting as well, but he still conveyed a very intense character.
Michelle had Emmett as someone she could team up with in the bunker, but I feel bad for this character. I wont spoil anything, but I feel like they could have done more with him.
Mary Elizabeth Winstead did a great job playing Michelle, (I loved her in Final Destination 3). I felt bad for her character and it was scary watching her wake up in the bunker not knowing who she can trust. Especially with Howard's crazy outburst and sudden jealously. I liked how her fashion designing skills come into play in the movie.
Overall it was a good mystery/suspense that keeps you guessing what's going to happen next. It was a bit slow at times and the ending personally wasn't my favorite.
